they should bolt right in. if thats the same as the gm6 gc8 i believe nothing has changed then again i could be wrong

AWDiMPREZARS is right. If your car has the same bolt pattern as a CG body then they will work. I have WRX seat in my 01RS, need to upgrade to the 04 seats, and they fit good, they do sit a little higher then stock but they are height adj. and they are a little wider. The only thing that i had to do was to switch out the seat belt buckle, took two seconds, and thats it.
