OK. I have been talking about having another big Potapsco meet like the one at Patapsco organized 2 years ago. We had almost 50 cars and about 75 people then, and the WRX had only been out about a month.

I think this year we could easily get 100 cars and maybe 125 people.

Tentatively I'd like to do this Sunday, May 25th. If anyone can think of why this would be bad, let me know soon. I need to reserve the pavilion ASAP. I plan on getting a much bigger pavilion that's adjacent to a Baseball field. How does everyone feel about a WRX vs others kickball game? Or something like that?

The pavilion costs about $1 per person to rent for the day, so depending on how many cars we get, would everyone be willing to pitch-in $2 at most? That's just to pay for the pavilion. I think we would do the same as last time where everyone just brought there own contributions of food, drink, etc.
