I'm trying to organize a little Sti Evo meet.

Preferably on a Saturday or Sunday. I put a post on evolutionm and evoempire.

I got a few people who are interested and down to attend, so I need feed back on locations from you guys.

Sure these cars are rivals but we are all grown and can make this a friendly meet.

Come on guys, help a brother out..lets show them what a strong community the Subbie folks have.

 

Keep us posted on when and where. I know at least 4 subies and myself that will go, and one evo x...

Oh and a update..guy from Modesto is interested and could possibly bring down a group of 10 Evo's...

There is the 5 guys location off of truxel and del paso which we've had about 25 cars fit into on a thursday night. There is also the BJs parking lot, but I expect that place to be busy on a Saturday unless we all show up before the crowd and early.

There is also the lollicup spot off of Arena, I saw a small gathering going on over there about a month ago. Was for some kind of benefit.

 

This sounds tight bro, I'm def down if the day/time/place is right for me. I just hope everyone checks their egos & are down to have a great time meeting new enthusiasts & checking out eachother's rides. One of my favorite cars happens to be the 06 graphite grey Evo 9 MR, hope some show up if i do go! Oh by the way, you coming to our meet tonight?

 

If alot of people are coming up from CV, then EG is closer, there's some good spots for a mega meet too, maybe we could have it here instead. Throw this thought out to everyone, see what they say. EG is a central spot for CV & Sac/Roseville areas.

 

Exactly..I put the same message out there on the evo forum..I'll for sure get the meassage out there that this should be a clean meet..respect one another and their rides...no fast n furious bs!

Hell yeah, Im down..this is a reason I needed input form you guys..were a community, and meets happen with each member representing...as far as a criuse..sounds good...lets make this maybe a morning coffee meet..and from there will do the cruise for the folks that wanna participate...

I agree..my 1st thought was elk grove..but a few Evo guys posted no elk grove due to cops really targeting vehicles out here...now with this i agree and disagree..not recently but in the past I had a few issues with cops in EG with my dc5..lets just say they were not friendly but doing their jobs..

Trying to collaborate and get input from both Evo and Subbie community so this can be an awesome meet!!

But hey..they also suggested GRIPCRAFT..a shop in the SAC area..Im not too familiar with this shop...plus imho I think a meet in a more public location will be better...

Natomas was a suggestion...but anyone else have ideas? since where doing a cruise possibly...maybe folsom or roseville could be a good location too? oh yea morning coffee meet..any good Starbucks locations with BIG parking areas???? lol
