My friend sent me this one to me today:
New exercise routine if you're over 30. (and even if you're not)
You might want to take it easy at first, then increase the pace as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

IE 6 auto-breaks the line to conform to vBulletin frames, but apparently Firefox and Safari don't if the text is included in a vBulleting tag

Looks like they're reorging the place all up again so I'm no longer in my group anymore. I don't see the official org charts till tomorrow to find out what my new job will be and what effects it will have on my life, but at least my direct deposit is still a go so I can't complain too much
