Actually, the way I did it was to call first, then send in the information they requested along with my letter. The reason I would recommend calling first is because you can talk with someone live, they assign a case number to your complaint on the spot, then you send the info in (with the case number documented on your envelope) and they get the info and investigate the complaint.

why yes it does. i feel the need to inform SOA that their owners manual is not written with the fact that a turbo engine generates a hell of a lot more heat than a n/a engine, oh that and the big hot intercooler sitting on top. someone with less tolerance for b.s. and pain might file suit against them over something like that.
