Actually, the way I did it was to call first, then send in the information they requested along with my letter. The reason I would recommend calling first is because you can talk with someone live, they assign a case number to your complaint on the spot, then you send the info in (with the case number documented on your envelope) and they get the info and investigate the complaint.

Just a heads up. If you request a brochure for either a Matrix or a Prius from the following link, you will also (supposedly) recieve a limited demo of Gran Turismo 4. With two tracks and two cars (one being a Prius, and one being god-knows-what).

aight, i filled it out cuz i'm actually interested in 4 runners as an eventual replacement for teh wifey's rustang. i'm hoping one of the demo cars is a Scon xB.
