Not fun
Interviews suck.
I've actually only ever been on a handful in my life. Every job I've ever gotten didn't require an interview (my parents friends, my friends parents, friends recomending me for a position and management being too pressed for time to have real interviews).
But geez, I've made some glorious mistakes.
Them: "Why do you want to work here?"
Me: "Your operation looks smaller then my current employer, and I'm looking for a lighter workload so I can focus on school"
Man, that woman got angry (and she had a lazy eye, so I was totally freaked out) and ended up sending me home with tons of stuff in an attempt to show me how "big" her business was.
I got a video tape of her sister (the co-owner) on Oprah (oh boy!) as well as all sorts of pamphlets, flyers, bookmarks and advertising material.
