If all is set in stone, why don't you lock the thread.?
Ed, there's no need to lock the thread. What you said was perfectly fine. My comments were in regards to all the Mike Jones stuff. I know how quickly threads get off topic here so I was trying to prevent it before it happened. Thanks for the recco though.

wouldnt livermore be out of the way?

We can do it the same way as last year and time it so the people coming from the 580 side can join us on 680 aroudn the same time.

or we can have a meeting spot in pleasanton instead of walnut creek since its after 580 so everyone is happy...

Thanks, dude. I spent my whole lunch hour (and then some) putting this thread together .

And lzykid..you'll get the day off, or else

Trust me, you want to come. Hamilton is a BLAST. But if you're gonna come, find out soon, you gotta paypal $10 for food/entry (see the mega thread in BAIC).

OK.
I have one EZ UP & at least 4 adult-sized white trash folding chairs.
The EZ UP will not fit in my car.
Aaron, are you driving The Wagon?
Or I could drive my F350 as the SRIC Support Vehicle.

You know, you guys, I may have incorrectly read the thread. I am still new to the Hamilton area. I PMd Daniel for clarification on a pre-meet location. In talking with Aaron@S-S we think that Joseph D. Grant is actually the park where the event is held. I'll let you guys know what he tells me.
