I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the Sacramento Car meets on Saturday night. I found one tonight in Antelope that me and my roommate were thinking of heading out to. Were really just looking for something to do so if anyone has any suggestions on a good time that is safe please let me know.

 

Havnt heard of one in Antelope. I think there is a Sunday meet that changes locations every week. Never been to one tho.

 

I heard of the one in antelope on Saturdays. Apparently it's a pretty big turnout if I'm right I think it's right behind that carls jr on antelope rd.

 

I have never been to it before. From some of the pics its pretty big, I will let everyone know tonight or tomorrow how it is. First sign of racing or anything else that might tickle the po-po fancy Im poppin smoke.

 

The meet moved to a new spot off watt, not behind the carls anymore

 

I went out there last night. Arrived about 730 or so and left about 830. There was about 50 cars or so by the time I left. Alot of youngins smokin and jokin. I didnt really feel it was my scene so I left.

 

Yeah, had one Friday night in Folsom across the street from the gym .... hung out for a bit but a few young guys started to get rowdy and the 5.0 started to show so no need stuck around...

 

Every Sat night around 7PM, Raley's parking lot. I've been there twice...
it sucks to be honest, lots of youngsters with ****tty cars.

 

Is there a meet in the Sacramento area where there arent alot of "rowdy youngins"? I'd just like a place to enjoy another subaru and talk about it.

Basically the thurs night meets (see other thread) are the only place you'll get a nice friendly chill group of people you can hang out with and relax.

All the other weekend meets are basically 90% complete and utter idiots, ricers, kids, and a nasty mixture of all 3. My friends and I sometimes come out just to make fun of them and laugh at their crappy cars and laugh at them when they do crazy stuff (like swinging donuts and doing burnouts) and get pulled over and/or arrested for it. It's amusing, in a weird way lol

 

So where's the Thursday night meet tonight? Just picked up a new subie wanna come out
