Yup he sure did.
It was me and my wife with two friends in the back seat. We pulled off the freeway and were sitting at a stop light waiting to go straight. Non of us saw the cop (he was on a bike and behind a truck) until our light was green and in the middle of the intersection. Im norm pretty good about rolling my windows down when i see a cop. The cop was waiting to go straight but my wife said he rubber necked my car hard as i was going thru the intersection.
He of course changes lanes and turns right onto the street im on. He was 4 cars behind me and i knew i was screwed haha.
The street i was on T's into Cirby. 99% of the time the light is red and you have to stop and check for cross traffic. I figured if the light was red i would wait my turn and then take off for the next cross street. Beings that he would have to wait for 4 cars to stop and go. I would take the next right and another right and just pull into another firends driveway.
But the light was green
Cop sped past the 4 cars and pulls behind me then lights me up. I pull over and first thing he said was its because of my tint 
At least thats all i got. I was a lil sketched to start my car infront of him while he was standing next to his bike. I didnt want to then get popped for exhaust haha

45% windshield with a 5% sunstrip
Having the windshield done makes things look a lot darker too... but it keeps the car sooo much cooler!

During the day, the windshield doesn't seem too bad. However at night, those 20% rollups look super dark
