Maybe it was because the meet was scheduled within hours of starting. Prior planning is a plus.

Spontanaeity is the spice of life!

I'm only partly kidding. If you want a meet, Ken, solidify a date, solidify a time. As you've seen, none of us plan well together, it's usally just one person saying "all right, stop the BS, let's try this."

It's hit or miss, it's inexact science, etc. We're not talking international relations, just grabbing food and talking crap about cars

On another note, how's your GF's family doing? I know how hard it can be :|

Maybe it was because you got all butt hurt over the location...

You guys have been planning this for over a week (prior planning ). Jesus christ, it's a car club meet not rocket science. Russ picked a day that would not interfere with your TV schedule and picked a temporary location that was next door to karting (btw, no door dings and plenty of places to park - although I would appreciate the larger range of food choices the other location provides). We agreed to modify the location after the first meet, but for some reason that was not good enough. I hate to rant, but the childish antics that went on after Russ stepped up when no else wanted to just irk the hell out of me.
