i think you should get that google map picture of the hole and put it on the first post dustin.

as for another drive. damn i dont know if i'm gonna be sticking around after my last final (june 12th). but hey..i'm down to do like runs in small groups of whoever feels like it. next "free" weekend for me is may 25th. its the only free weekend i'll have until school's out, and then my internship/ligament surgery/summer plans will take over (whichever one it is that i get)

damn...i saw the other thread too and i dont think i'll be around.

anyways..may 25th anybody? just like whoever feels like coming

Hey John, it's John from Davis. You should definitely come out to one of these drives. They're quite relaxing and full of friendly people that don't mind waiting for those that get lost.

May 25th, huh? I was planning on going back to the bay because it's a long weekend. I might end up sticking around since finals will be right around the corner. If we have a drive, i might have to consider being here.

Alex, you're busy the rest of this month except for that one weekend?

I'd say about an hour or so of driving, depending on where you are in Sac.

pretty much..the weekend of the 25th will be the weekend after my NAS Paper and our ARE106 midterm II. since its memorial day weekend (extended weekend! fk yeah!), i dont know if people are going to stick around town either...we'll see..I'M NOT LEAVING NORCAL FOR SUMMER BREAK WITHOUT GOING ON ANOTHER DRIVE

i have a term paper due on june 3rd, so the weekend preceding it (6/30~7/1) is going to be busy. i'm not going to have time to attend to my car/think about driving.

i'm having trouble sleeping tonight and i have a midterm in less than 4 hours. and then i have homework due in 12 hours. and then i promised paul i'd make it out to the norcalevo meet. all of a sudden i'm not so sure i can make it out with the lack of sleep.

btw, paul, this is why i'm always sleepy. i can't seem to get the sleep i need sometimes...

anyways. on a side note. who thinks coilovers are worth it for the kind of driving that we do? i'm really debating this right now for sometime in the future...

coilovers + 18x9.5~18x10 wheels with camber
or
springs + 18x8? 18x8.5? no camber, maybe fender rolling
or
save money...

if you drive straight through to there from sac, without stopping:
(assuming you start from ~downtown)
20 minutes to davis
30 minutes to the hole
15~25 minutes to the bridge in the picture

but this is assuming no stops in davis, and no stops at the hole (highly unlikely as a group).

just come out for the next group foto!

Do any of you students (Alex, John etc...) have any free weekday mornings? I know it is hard to get up early but a traffic free run around the main loop might make for a good way to start the day.
