upper peninsula Spiderman 2 meet at Daly City Century 20!
Okay everybody.
Spiderman 2 opens on June 30 (a Wednesday). I propose that we have another Saturday meet (July 3) for lunch at In & Out, and then catch a matinee afternoon show at Century 20. So far, the only showing posted for that Saturday is a 1:00 show. This means, we would have to show up at 10:30 or 11:00 to eat at In & Out, and be at the theaters by 12:00 to wait in line to get into the auditorium. Now, if they DO post a showing around 2:00, I would go with that one instead, and move all times up an hour. The latest matinee shows at Century 20 are 2:00. I'll post more details as they become available. Meanwhile, who's up to go to the movie?
** Based on the showtimes from fandango.com, they DO have a 2PM showing. With that in mind, I'm changing the times. Meet at around 11:30-12PM at In & Out for lunch, and line up at 1PM for the 2PM show.

Spidey2 opens tomorrow, and it's gotten great reviews so far at www.rottentomatoes.com

okay, I saw it today.
It rocked.
It rocked HARD.
It was better than the first one. It could stand on its own, which a lot of sequels can't, it had a kicka$$ story, and doc ock's arms were awesome.
I am definitely watching it again on Saturday. BTW, there IS a 2PM showing available on fandango.com, so we're moving it back an hour. I've edited the post.

uhm... looks like I may not be there after all... my wife wants us to head to Monterey this weekend.... so... I guess we are.
