The thing is......that when new people show up, they start thinking what are they going to ask me? Are they going to laugh at the mods I have if I tell them my first mod is a BOV?

Just stop by (get out of the car) and say wassup to people. Most of the UCKK guys are quite affable.

thats how i was when i first started going to the meets, i was a new guy and it seemed like everyone knew one another besides me, but all you gotta do is pop your head in and introduce yourself. everyone is all welcomeing (sp?).

From day one when I first started going to the meet during it's 3rd week from it's beginnings 3 years ago. I even felt welcomed even though I didn't have a Subaru and I'm mildly dorky. The guys recognized me by name after a few weeks. :P
