Dude....That torque wrench was pretty burly....although the little vaccum pump *was* kinda cool ^_^

 

It was just a vac pump(simple pleaseure for simple minds). He should have let it be. Ted did seem pretty upset. At least we didn't have to see what the max torque setting for Charlies nugget was.LOL
Hows the new handling Cameron. I'm sure you haven't run it through the mill yet at least I hope not. Does it feel tighter.

 

Truth be told, I have been so tired today I have been driving like a granny, although, I *will* say that the body lean seems...well...not there.

True, but it is NOT mine....and I dont even know where you can get those type of pumps....its my brothers, and he has had it for years.....and if it got ****ed up I would be the one getting a wrath of **** from him, not Charlie. Its all about respecting OTHER peoples things. I am not pissed at Charlie....but he needs to learn that he cant just grab whatever he sees and play with it, if its not his.

I would NEVER walk into anyones garage and start picking up tools and Fing with them. ****, I wont even open someone elses hood for them when they are showing me something. I guess growing up around people that are die hard automotive enthusiasts, and going to just about every car show from here to Timbucktoo atleast once, you learn not to lean on, touch, step on, etc..ppls cars, I have been yelled at my fair share of times too for the same types of things when I was younger, but not no mo. Ever see those signs that read "unless you are in the NUDE, DO NOT LEAN ON THIS CAR! buttons, zippers, and snaps SCRATCH" not to mention the tinfoil that our cars bodies are made of, dents if you look at it wrong.</rant>

Ok Ok, what the hell do you guys do here all day long? sheesh. Anywho Charlie is fascinated with things like that because they're just plain interesting. It's like me with shiny objects. Although maybe it's just the natural motherly instinct to yell and tell the "children" to stop playing with things that are not theirs. So I understand where Ted is coming from. You should really only be told one time to not touch or play with something that isn't yours unless you get the okay. Maybe its because when I was little I used to work on cars with my grandfather and know the rules. I got my fair share of getting yelled at. LOL

I probably would have spent more time under the car, but I wasn't dressed properly There is always next time!!!! I wanna help! Hehe.

 

I love Amato's! Go here at least once a week. I am not big on car meets, but I will actually try to hit this one up since I live right down the street. I thought Amato's closed at 9 though?

A little off topic, but if anyone knows of a place called St. Johns over on lawrence Expressway then you know of 1/2 off Wednesday. Every Wednesday night its half off all burgers. Pretty cool I think. Since you guys like to eat out so much we should try that for Wednesday.
