Eggettes are a Hong Kong style dessert
They're kinda like waffles and look like little eggs, and are prepared using eggs (I think), hence the name

No fryrice, I haven't made it to Eggettes in a few months now... I'll probably be there and at DCMP again this coming week, and I'll start coming regularly again in mid-June

Oooh that's what they mean by eggettes!!! When I went to HK, I saw those everywhere in the orners!! Some of the stalls also sold pork intestines with that too.. eeek... nasty smell. hahaha They must be good though!! How do you get free drinks at Eggettes??
