I've had a recent bad experience over at the Cupertino BJ's this past weekend.

Yup, I've been there before and had great service but recently had a bad experience.

I'd rather drive to oakridge BJs

Horrible customer service. Took them at least 10 minutes to bring drinks, yet alone acknowledge you. They didn't even bring menus to the table. Not one server acknowledged us. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. The server who helped us never checked up on us, and I noticed other servers not checking on their tables as well. Our server was too busy watching a soccer game RIGHT in front of us. Took him at least 20 minutes to drop our check, yet alone have him stand there wasting our time by watching his soccer game. Seems like the servers there don't like to serve their customers. I say go to Oakridge for BJs if that's what you're cravin'.

 

Last time I was at bucca I was unimpressed. I had remembered it being a lot better in Seattle.

Maybe someplace in Santana Row?
