Anyone interested in sharing their Caravans on this thread? The one I started was more informational about the actual event. I wanted to get something started for peeps to share their plans with others looking to join a group; and have a central location to find the info. (I know I wouldn't want to drive to the biggest Subaru meet on the West by myself)

My plans honestly are tentative but I'll most likely be leaving a little later than some others plan (noon) from Salinas.

 

Im taking a "slow" group down. After my last drive down, im stopping every two hours or less and stretching my legs. there are two others so far. plan is to leave SJAM, travel down HWY 101, stopping every two hours at chevrons and grubbing in Santa Barbara. Hopefully in time to make it just before LA traffic. I personally am in no rush and would rather enjoy the drive than haul *** down. Those interested, PM me for more info If I get a decent group, ill post itinerary on here.

What are the routes everyone taking?

My group is leaving at 11am in Santa Clara. Probably taking the 5 down. Maybe 5-7 cars and 15ish people.

 

My co-pilot, G-Ride is not going. I plan to drive down anyway. I will caravan with 11am Santa Clara group.

 

im already in lbc, gonna be doing the track day at subiefest. Ima be in the Black FRS if you want a ride

Due to big exhaust leak at turbo, I will be taking the Forester instead... sucks.

 

so there was a preturbo leak.

I started the car when cold, put my hand under the DP at the turbo and felt lots of exhaust coming out... I need to take the DP off and check it along with the UP at the turbo.
