Ted - The GFB Stealth FX BOV is fully adjustable. When you turn the top portion, it turns the cylinder that has holes in it. When fully adjusted for 50/50, both holes open up. The nipple on the BOV moves when you turn the top portion. I talked to a GFB rep today and I figured out how to adjust just the nipple portion. Now I'm running 50/50 with the nipple turned to face the vaccuum line.
