Brakes are fixed. They took A LOT of the slots down but they're still there and will still be functional...pads will probably last longer..haaa. Look good actually.
I am gonna bed the brakes tonight. Couldn't do it last night. FOGGY as hell and I left the car at the office so I could give my bro his truck back.
Was the porsche points or just a twist of the cap? Or a loose vacuum hose somewhere's?
There is a black on on CL right now and a track prepped pile for a couple grand that has some decent parts on it... I was like...hmmmmmm. Nah. I'd rather roll a 510 or 240. O.G. datsun son. Raised behind the wheel of a 71 240.
Be at home all weekend. Gonna try and get a couple more coats on the caddy and pull the stereo **** out of the suby. That and clean the house.
I still have 5 tri-tips unmarinaded.....
Hmmm, this weekend... I thought I had something to do... *uck I can't remember...
Porsche: As I was fiddeling around in the with my multi-meter, I found that the "multifunction relay" was coming loose from it's cradle. A couple zip ties and some crossed fingers, bammo!!! Revs all the way to redline... Wooooot!!!!
I also took out the t-body, manifold, TPS, cleaned all the gunk out of it. It runs pretty well. Noisy as hell, but not bad. First hurdle...
