-Its a big parking lot, lots of places around to eat (not just wing stop)
come hang out, show off/talk about your whip etc..

 

Already too many south bay meets......... And if its open to every other car make......Its not something I would want to attend. SJ doesnt have the smartest crowd of adolescences acting up in the parking lots.

I was thinking the same thing. Until I read "Gilroy". That's like the deep south. There are almost no meets that far south. There was a Sonic meet but that one kinda died.

As for this meet, I am apprehensive about going to an "open to all makes and models" meet, to be completely honest I was burned by an Honda owner with some serious issues. I understand that most people can get along, but I am nervous to test the waters once more. Last 'open' meet I went to, I had some guy in a Civic try to kick in the side panel of my car just because he didnt like my license plate. He wasn't willing to shut up and meet me on the street but he did enjoy making threats of physical violence. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Especially since I was the only woman present.

However, that being said. Maybe I will see you guys around sometime. I am apprehensive on going, but that doesn't mean I wont try to assemble a posse stop by, or cruise by to see what's up.

What I would really like to see it a Subie meet down here in Gilas, just so I can drag some of you kids to my turf!!

 

Why don't you just start the Sonic meet again?

Heck there are plenty of times where there is only like 2 people that show up on Monday nights at the Dublin meet, but then over time more and more people do start showing up. If you go on the regular people will start showing up eventually.
