The blast-off zone hasn't been confirmed. Hell, there's only been a few responses. I just bumped this thread b/c I may be leaving from San Jose on Sun. I don't even live in the area anymore.

So for the past 8 times, I guess those that came down from Sac & the northern regions of the Bay were completely insane to make the round trip. Hmmm... such a chore for ONE day outta the year.

Hey all. I live in morgan hill, just south of south san jose.. there are a few wrb sti owners that live down here too. Has there been an official meeting location announcement for meeting up prior to heading to novato? I know of Almadens best buy quite well. 15-20 minute drive to get there. Is there a count so far for peeps who can caravan up?

Time for one of y'all to make the executive decision & set a spot. What's that movie quote? "If you pick it, they will come." I'm still not 100% that I'll be driving fr SJ on Sun, but, if I am, I'm definitely gonna get my @$$ to the blast-off zone!

Go to whichever one is more convenient for you. Even though this starting point is south of where I'd crash out tonite (if I do come down), I don't mind the li'l bit of back-tracking.

Plus, the Zen-avan is leaving @0900 sharp. This one isn't rolling til 1000. As it stands, even w/ their stop in Alameda, I doubt this group will be joining up w/ them. Personally, I'd rather sleep in a bit longer.

 

Just a reminder to y'all since I didn't see it in the 1st post... parking is $8. Having this EXACT amount (in paper currency ) will make entry into the park much smoother.

As it's been mentioned in numerous threads already, pls. keep the drive safe & sane. And show up to the caravan starting point w/ your vehicle adequately fueled.
