Looks like there will be almost as many N/As as Turbos this year!

While I certainly wish that weren't the case, it is what it is

Still have to figure out the rally timer issue as I'm a cheap bastard

Anyone happen to have an Impreza-sized full size spare? I've only got a donut and I'd feel a bit more comfortable if there was another option (one of my tires has a cut in it from the 2011 Mendocino Rally ).

OK so its down to the home stretch- I still need confirmation form a few people, and I'd really like to hear back from everybody on a couple of specific points:

1) have you gotten the rally clock app or some means of timing?

2) will you be there at the Washoe House at 7:30 Saturday morning?

If I don't hear back from you via PM here at i-club before tomorrow night (Wednesday Oct 3) with answers to these two questions, I will not prepare route instructions or checkpoint logs for you i.e. YOU WILL NOT BE RUNNING IN THE RALLY-

now that is OK, if you want to tag along, you are welcome, but we'll need to ask you to stay behind the rally participants and not interfere with their competition, but I think you will have more fun if you do...

and if you cannot get the timer app, I do have access to a couple of clocks but I'd really like everyone to have their own timing equipment if possible.

I will be there with ****ing bells on. New tires too! Well new to me anyway!

I have the rally clock app that was recommended.

Are we doing potluck dinner or any thing like that?

I make a mean dutch oven apple crisp.

Not really a potluck, but everyone usually brings extras. I'm going to be making breakfast burritos on Sunday morning and should have enough for everyone depending on how many heads we end up with. Andy's bringing his dutch oven to make cake on Saturday night. I love me some apple crisp though

Also, I'm going to be bringing a two burner propane Coleman stove. Everyone's more than welcome to use it. I also have a propane lantern that I'll be bringing.

Everyone should plan on bringing firewood as well. I usually "borrow" some from my neighbor's woodpile, so if you have firewood laying around, stick as much as you can fit in your car (we've used up all of the wood every year).

Confirming I will be at Washoe House about 7.30am on Saturday morning.

No timing device / no smart phone ... so loan of timing clock greatly appreciated. Will pay for cost of rental too if it is costing Pete!

** Does anyone have an extra RADIO ...

Brian - thanks for the reminder about supplies for the bonfire ... no dresser to burn this time

Brian - I still have a set of 17's from the '06 WRX ... would that work? Don't know what you're driving these days ...

If Andy gets a new set like he's hinted he might, I'll have an extra that you can use.

Jane, if it's not too much trouble, I'd really appreciate it if you could bring one of those just in case.

Brian - I'll throw one it ... just hope I pick from the right stack I "only" have 3 sets of spare tires / rims in my garage ... two for the Honda and one for the WRX / Impreza!!

Andy - make sure you get that new set of RADIO's so that I can borrow one!

2007 ... orange rims ... that sounds familiar! Isn't your name Brian? I seem to remember we had 3 Brian's / Byran's that year ... or was that Reno?

If your serious about joining us this year, better PM psoper ASAP!

Jane, Andy's radio is working so I will definitely have an extra for you. I'm not sure what the battery situation is though so you might want to bring three AA's.

Can't wait until tomorrow!!

I have 3 little motarola walkies but the range is only like a mile when sitting in a car.
