Any of you guys had issues with your bank information getting jacked?

I just realized that we got tagged for over $650. All the charges are at one of 3 places... all out in milpitas/san jose. Only time I'm out in that area is for meets.

Target, some clothes store and some sports store. Looks like they bought a couple pairs of shoes and 3 video games among other things. So i'm thinking they're relatively young.

Glad I noticed now and not when my mortgage check bounces. Sucks.

This is the second time this has happened. Last time they got me for over $800.

Pissing me off. Got me for 2 more at Nike in Milpitas last night. I wish I still lived out there. I'd hunt them down and take my ****ing shoes back.

I can't even afford new shoes for myself but I guess I can buy clothes, video games and crap for some ****ing kid.

With my bank card.

There are 2 places that come to mind for the most likely places it was stolen from.

i recall u and i talking about this. I too recently had to cancel all my cards (made me look like an *** for not being able to pay u for BAM swag ) and restart after verifying SSN, address, etc. first time, when i opened my very first bank account at the age of 13, i owed BofA 13,000!!!! how does a 13yo owe that? SSN compromised and resolved. just last week, somewhere in Minnesota my CC number was used to buy a flat screen at best buy....

Do you have joint accounts? weird i know. but after thinking about it, my incidents have only happened when joining accounts with my dad. now my father is maticulous about his records and keeping an eye on everything. do u think the banks are releasing that kind of info? But believe me, im on the same boat as ray and anyone else who become a vistim to credit card/ ID fraud etc....HOW ABOUT YOU GET A JOB, WORK, AND EARN YOUR MONEY LIKE THE REST OF US! dicks

yeah, I figured out right after I talked to you about that. Clarified it yesterday and got the issue started toward resolution.

I have joint accounts with my wife. Last time we got hacked it was off her card. This time my card.

I personally think that banks put too much time between issuing new cards. You get issued a new card every 5 years. That's 5 years of transactions for someone to get your number, expiration date and security code figured out. THe code should get changed every 12 months.

I'm not sure what the hell is going on at this point. Pisses me off though because it's way too damned easy for these S.O.B.'s to get away with it. I'll get my money back but this lazy bastard has a bunch of new free ****.

Be nice if I could get some new free stuff. But I have mortgage, day care and car payments to make. I'm wearing like 4 year old clothes right now. Seriously... 4 years old. The only thing under a year old are my socks.

But I did just buy my kid 3 new pairs of shoes.

That really blows, and yes, definitely kids and not sure how kids are making that whole thing work since they probably don't even have IDs. I got hit for over $1500 last time, in just a few days. I was out of the state while it was going on so the CC company immediately reissued the card and removed the charges. Took almost 3 months to get everything cleared up though.

I'll be picking up my new shotgun tonight and going shooting most likely, so probably won't be out tonight.

Nah, the CC thing was years ago, but still pisses me off so that they COULD be related.
