On my way home from work, I was at Central Expressway and Lafayette waiting at the light, I look over to my right I see a security guard in uniform watching **** on his cell phone in a car that said Security Code 3 Supervisor, I went to grab my phone to take a video of this, but by the time I got my phone ready the light turn green.

How can you get that thing up on ramps? Doesn't it scrape the nose? My ramps have extensions though.
