Nothing comes to mind. Usually if I want something to eat at this time or later that's not fast food, I usually go to Milpitas and find a Chinese place like Top Cafe. They're open past 2am.

I'm sure that if you searched, you'd find a decent place somewhere here that's open. It's just for me, I've always gone to pearl tea places and other Asian restaurants for late night since High School.

Edit: If you're willing to go to Downtown San Jose near SJSU, you can find places like La Victoria and Iguanas that are open late.
