I wonder if 35mph will be below idle for me in 6th gear, might not be good for me, probably would knock bad. I would loose so bad to you

On a side note, I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the angle of my lights on my car (they are angled too high, I need to lower them), but not sure how to do it. I know it's really easy, but can't seem to find the directions anywhere to see what I need to adjust the lights (I think it's just a screwdriver for the adjustment, but not certain). If I am able to make it out tonight does anybody think they could help me adjust these things (I can bring the tools that's not a problem)?
