There's a mod where you can run your fogs without having your headlights on. Also the same mod lets your run your highs and fogs at the same time...

yeah modded them so they run independently. No prob, just look for the mod on nasioc and i can help you from there (i dont remember what wires to splice into).

You can easily get a ticket for blown bulbs on taillights.

I mean the range of variety situation is VERY wide as far as getting pulled over. I live 2 blocks from the police station. And I SMASH on the street no problem. If you are so worried about an exhaust mod then I'd suggest don't mod it. It'll save you a headache.
