I say definitely but i'm more about power than legality. If you can afford to lose a few whp and wtq you can put a high flow in your turbo back. Keep in mind that if you are doing performance up/ down pipes, the dp will probably be catless and the uppipe will probably be catless or gutted. you can also snap off the egt at that point before it snaps off itself and go up into your turbo. Egt should be tapped into the header anyways. Might as well remove the last cat in the catback and tune for it. Just change out the turbo back to stock when it's time to smog, tune back to stock map, drive 50 miles on it and you should pass.
