fo sho' Thunder hill is mostly a 3rd gear track for us 5 speeders. lots of high rev 3rd gear but also a lot of lifting and letting 3rd gear engine break. You have to have good breaks, suspension, and decent power to make it worth it.. Or you could be like irish_car_bomb and take a stock toyota corolla on the track. I laughed everytime i passed him up. He was giving that thing everything it had.. There were a lot of newbs on the track. Time for a Def Sik track day.

Sorry Dino, I haven't been online in a few days. I'll see, but the last coupon code I got was right before Christmas.

I'll keep my eyes open.

I hope everyone had a good New Years.

$200 coils sounds like they might need a rebuild sometime in the near future.

1) What's a big powderhound?
2) If you get coilovers, you prob wouldnt want to take your car to the snow... Tooo low... rip off that lip on the smallest snow mounds (you know, doing 30 and hitting one of those cuz your car is too low?).

that's nice! you'll need that extra lift too.

Just got back from N. Tahoe tonight! Hella fun! did a day of boarding and then a day of snowmobiling (damn those things are fun)! And of course, gambling and drinking between!

Gotta do a snow trip w/ the crew!
