Dude... about 6-4/6-5. Well over 250pounds. Me... 5'10... about 230 at the time. 1 punch. Then I picked him up by his shirt and his belt and through him head first into the bar.

Seriously... no friggin clue. I just hulked out on the dude. He bit my arm and next thing I know he's curled up looking dead and an entire club sized fight stopped instantly.
