First off....I wanna apologize to everyone that went out last night....I flaked.......again......but I have a really good excuse......
I am having a couple of contractors bid on my garage/workshop project, and one of them called me last night and wanted to meet up so I could give him a set of plans for him to look over and check out the area, plus talk to me about some of the other details of the job, such as foundation/floor thickness and garage door/ceiling height, because I am planning on getting one of these:
