Ah yeah, I get scared on some turns man. Last night I was like, "ooooh snap" on this turn that Ted made, hahaha. Ah, I need to get over this stupid fear.

 

I have been trying to get Zuka up the 9 and through to SC MTS forever. Any time someone wants to go PM me. I love those hills!!!! If your not totally familliar with the SC MTs, scotts valley area. You should all really check it out. I spend hours up there.

 

I bet I know which turn that was. 15MPH off camber left into straight?

I believe so. I think what's going to happen is after everyone is done with dyno day they're all going to come to my house to meet up and like all drive to the big parking garage on santa clara or where ever it is, then go bar hoppin'. I also know we're going to have ourselves a meet at Ted's house on the 26th. I'm unfortunately going to miss BDG's because my flight comes in at 10 something at night. I was upset because I really wanted to go to see everyone and I don't know a lot of the new peeps either. Although Ted is organizing that. Sort of a pre-birthday bash thing. So ask him.

going up from Saratoga:

It was a loooooong 20 mph left hand decreasing radius sweeper, into a pretty good straight away, into that really looooong 30 mph uphill sweeper. Oh man, that section is my favorite part of the whole drive.....so I took it at a good clip, and Charlie was like "Oh man! I swear we were on 2 wheels around those corners!" LOL....it sure did feel like it too!

The more I drive with those Hankook tires...the more I think they are a good tire....at first I didnt like 'em much....but now they are getting stickier, the more they get worn in. They do like to squeal a bit when they are getting pushed really hard...but they never feel unstable at all.

And yes, this Friday night.... Aug. 26th I am hosting a meet/bbq at my place in Campbell, for Dominiques Birthday. I get home from work around 6ish, so after that I will be at home getting the "Q" ready to fire up, and doing a little house cleaning. So anyone can come by after 6. OK I have decided that I will only supply SOME of the beer/drinks....

SO, if anyone wants something specific, Bring it....otherwise, if people could just bring some beer to share, That'd would be awesome! I'll buy a couple of 12 packs...but we will most likely need more than that.

Also, I'm gonna go to Costco and buy some Burgers, dogs and stuff like that.
