hey andy only way to remove all that stuff off the tire is to get down and dirty a metal brush or a really stiff brush can help remove all that baked on brake dust that is on the tires.

or try some bug and tar remover.. that stuff peals all the road grime and brake dust, and dirt off tires very easily with a rag...
