i feel cops would be on skyline and teenagers would be drinking up there..

Always possible especially on the 4th lol, would hope they're patrolling mostly city streets/hwys though and maybe not that chunk of skyline, but yeah with drunk babies/4th of July sky's the limit figure they might think to check the vista lot at least once
