OFFICIAL SCOUTING SCHEDULE:

DEPART WASHROE HOUSE: 9:45 AM
DRIVE ROUTE TAKING OUR TIME. MAKING PACE-NOTES ETC...
STOPPING AT ALL CHOSEN WINERY'S ALONG THE WAY FOR TASTING
TRY TO FIND LUNCH PLACE IN WINSOR. IF WE CAN'T WE HEAD TO HEALDSBERG TO BEAR REPUBLIC BREWERY

It's a long day and we'll have a good time. All cars are welcome to break off at any time to do their own thing. But i need to see how long the whole thing will take.

We'll be there. I called, and your beloved informed us when to be there. BTW, I hope that Pleiad gets plenty of drive time in. She's looking forward to having me navigate this one.

You guys i had a great time on Sunday driving around together. It ended up being just 3 cars 2 WRB WRX's and a Silver Forester XT. What alot of fun. Too bad we didn't make it to Iron Horse on time.
Zach, thanks for the use of the "full size" spare. I'll get it back to you this week. Mostlikely on Tuesday. Because today i'll be at the shop after work to get the other one fixed.

We had a great time, too (no, really!!!)…
Nice drive all in all, although I still think the real twisty sections in the beginning will be challenging for passengers, especially if we’re going at the same speed as yesterday’s drive. Granny driving, yeah right!! Greg for sure was looking a little greenish there for a while, but then again, he wasn’t feeling too well in the first place… Of course he perked right up after getting some drive time in!
Too bad about Iron Horse, I really wanted to give their wines a try. What self-respecting winery closes at 3.30 pm??? Maybe we’ll have to skip one of the other places to fit them in at the end of the day.
Hope your tire is fixable, Rich… that was a pretty good-sized nail in there!

Hey there everyone. My computer is once again up and running.
I had alot of fun out there last Sunday. and can't wait for the real drive.
But i am going to shorten it and change the whole thing. Driving over "Chalk Hill rd" into Alexander Valley and start the day @ "Hanna Winery" Then back onto 128 (north) and turn onto "Red Winery Rd" just because it's a fun road. Then back onto 128 and drive into the town of Geyserville. Follow "Geyserville Ave" and hit the 2nd winery "Trentadue" This one charges for tasting but it is very good. Drive over to "Dry Creek Rd" and then to "Westside Rd" were we'll do the only super twisty road on the whole drive. "Sweetwater Springs Rd." Take it into the town of "Guernville" where we have lunch at a great taqueria. After lunch do "Korbel" And then some great back roads over to "Iron Horse"
I beleive this is do-able. I may run it early Saturday with my wife to see how the time looks. Plus having a passenger in the car i'll be driving slower
I'll keep you all posted.
oh, thanks again Zach for the use of the Full Size tire. And also for contacting Pete for me.
