I don't really want to BBQ & drink beer, then go to a track...but I'm down for BBQ, beer, and basketball.

Myself, I would prefer somewhere closer to the water, cooler.

Baker Beach in SF is pretty nice. I wouln't want to go up to Sac. Too damn hot.

More details like date/place needed before i can say i could do it.

Can't drive over the speed limit safely during the weekends. The long section has pedestrian crosswalks and the posted speed limit is very slow, unlike during the '60s and '70s when the posted limit was 70 m.p.h.!

Ocean Beach is a nice place to meet but if the weather is nice, good luck finding parking for a large group on a weekend.

Blue Rocks Springs is a bad *** park. You can climb some cool rocks there. There is also a park in Vallejo called Dan Foley and it is right on the lake, directly across from the ski event at Marine World.

Not sure if it's still open - I haven't been there since I used to live in Vallejo 14 years ago
