Sick asssss car Downsti. Did you eventually find a wingless trunk to trade with or still using tape? LOL, I have the same thing, I'm using black vinyl to cover the holes. Looks realllly good though and would like new people to come! I'm voting for Saturday also.

and as for my wheels.

they are Rota Boost concaved. 18 x 9 +30mm offset. (evo fitment) haha on cheap 235 40 18 tires for now..

I THINK I have some of that black painted vinyl, it was CF, and I spray painted jet black over it, and cut squares out of that lol. I'll see if I can cut you a piece so you can make the circles the way you want and just stick them on. So far they have kept water out and look decent.

What? I don't want to attend any more of these southbay meets? Dude, I'm the one who encouraged people to get together in the southbay, and just because I didn't show up to one meet, because I HAD to do a church activity, don't get mad about it, I told people I won't make it 1 hour before the meet and the meet went fine, you don't NEED me there at the meet.

 

Good to hear there is talk of meeting this weekend. I would love to meet up any day. I may be up in the city for some time, but I will try to make it out. If we do a little drive, I can feel out my new sway bar set-up.

Downsti..very clean..and love the wheels. Did it take some coaxing to avoid rubbing? I just love the deep looking wheel.

Go strait to stage 2 is my suggestion

seriously though, don't be frusterated when you first take your car out for a drive after the reflash. Mine felt slower, but then the computer learned and the power became smooth ( at first it felt like I had to press the gas down more than normal).

I would get a boost gauge for good measure.

 

I'm sorry, but I have no interest going to the SJ auto show, I've seen most of the cars. I don't know though, you can start a new thread and post in here where to meet, good luck on the whole thing hopefully it will be fun.
