Looks like this place just opened up recently so not sure if they have everything down yet as it looks like mixed reviews, but it seems that the price is under $10/person.

Papaya Grill - Papaya Grill - San Ramon, CA

I've had a few friends confirm this place is pretty decent and they eat here on a fairly regular basis.

 

Was gonna shoot down from visits in the city but got called back early. Maybe another Monday.
