I think you'd be better off finding out who would use it, and what the most central location for all those people is... and find a station near there to talk to.
I have this weird feeling you talked to a guy at a station not far from your house
Oh, and watch your tire wear with that kind of camber, they won't wear on the outside so you'll need to get under your car to see your actual wear on the contact patch of the tire. I wasn't paying attention to mine and wore through the tires on the inside while there was still plenty of tread everywhere else. I was running less camber than you as well
As for my tires, yeah, I pretty much plan on wearing through them like that. That's why I paid practically nothing for the entire set, new.

Hey Paul! You can help me out with this. Who's a good shop to stretch a 225 onto a 9.5 on one wheel in the north bay? Also need it to be shaved down to like 70% tread. The less expensive the better

It's might be tricky to find a place that shaves tires.. I really know nothing about that.
Also, you can look at the DIY on stretching tires. It's sketchy (involving lighterfluid ) but not all that hard if you have someone with expedience to help.

In my experience, most smaller tire places will work with stretch. Plus a 225 isn't too crazy for a 9.5. I'd call around to places that are either mom and pop, or sell performance tires and see what they quote you. I had my current set up mounted in sac because I drove there for a killer price on the set. Cool peeps, bought and mounted 225/40/18s all around for 250 but I digress.
