I can't change my plans............They are to get things organized for my wedding coming up in a couple of weeks!

Plus getting messed up a soon before my wedding is not a good idea - There is always a potential for getting hurt when sparring with someone

I went to work out/spar and Im way outta shape!

 

What type of sparring did you do?

 

Mostly stand up. I grapple everyonce in a while. Anyone bringing friends? Im tryin to get a closer estimate of how many people are comin.

 

I thought this event already happened?

 

No, not yet! November 6th.

 

Oh, then I may not be able to make it - I will be attending a family re-union on the 5th, and will most likely be hung-over all of the 6th.
