izzy dont take this the wrong way but its still about a 30-40min drive for us... and like i said for a 45-60min meet it almost doesnt seem worth that drive... and for the amount of subies i see on base and just here in the local area i think we could have a pretty good turnout up here in Vacaville/Fairfield area even if we only have the meet once or twice a month... i would love to make it to some of the other car meets but with work throughout the week and then family on the weekends it'd just be nice to drive 5 min down the road and hang out with some subie lovers then drive right back home after an hour or so... just trying to gain interest thats all, thanks for the heads up on the Vallejo thread tho

maybe i'll have to start coming out to the further away meets but thats another thing alot of these meets are on week nights so that makes it a lil difficult to make it out to them versus a friday or sat night meet...

Yea that is true. But what we have found over the years is that Fri/Sat (weekend night) meets, attract a lot of "idiots" that are there to mess around and cause trouble. The true car ppl will come out during the week if it works with their schedule
I just started making it back out to the Sac meets because I was working 5/6 nights a week + school and a part time day job. So Ive cut down on my night job so i can make the meets now
