Soo.... The guy that sold me the f'd up 6spd is not wanting to refund me back for $$ as he agreed to.
He said he spent the money that he was refunding me and has not wants to get a job to repay me. I told him I didnt care, Hell I even found him a job just talking to him on the phone... He can sell some parts off his car or his $$$ camera gear to pay me back. I dont care how it happens.

I had a long talk with him today over the phone.
He's also going to TRY and leave the country soon.
I was going to split the cost in half. But if I have to seek this out. I'm going for full cost and what ever fee's.

Spoke with some people this evening about it.
We hope he will come thru. I gave him 15 days But just in case plans are being drawn up monday.
Sucks I didnt want to have to do this.

I'm still kickin It over here across the water, Its been a buisy heating season been some long days, Today I actually got off early but I have to leave for school In an hour > : ( at least Its nice enough out side to where I can take the Bike! January riding FTW! haha

I'm trying to see If I can switch with someone for atleast a Sat or Sun for that Tahoe trip but Its not looking good, We just took over this large building In the City and It needs alot of stuff changed and maintained. I'm hoping I can get up there for Sunday.

yeah the parking lot thing sucks. its cold, boring and my back aches (gotta love getting old). so, screw the parking lot crap.

besides that, with the meet at Mimi's, there are no stupid ricers! no lame *** burn-outs, no stupid pot smokers and the food at Mimi's is really good. oh, and its WARM... and we can all talk without yelling and hear each other just fine.
