I wouldn't expect me to be any better than you guys that have been on these roads a bunch of times. On a track you know every turn and every nuance before you ever start the car (at least I tend to research like that). Somethings crossover of course, optimal breaking points, getting the feel for a racing line, etc, but I'm not going to claim I'm some kind of exceptional driver. =)

^^^ my point exactly...you cant determine total skill on some bumpy *** backroad with unforeseen obstacles. you can be a decent driver all day but theres no point in the "im better than you are" crap until everybody gets to line up on a track.
thats one time when drag racing is better because you dont need a track to prove straight line skill. i hold back big time on backroads because i have no medical insurance and definitely dont have money to replace/fix a car thats buried in a tree or upside down in a ditch....
either way..we all have roughly the same power numbers and therefore can have fun just playin around in the hills...without playin swords with our apparently gigantic peepees
