oooh, looks like a nice drop. :] and yeah, my suspension is really stiff already. i think its the Pink Struts that i have, but not sure. but its hella bumpy, especially when i have 4 ppl in the car, i can feel them weighing it down and its so much worse.

you can check on their website, product id for 04 wrx and 05 sti is the same same. i checked with cobb and they say they work for all. maybe thats my suspension was a bit noisy, knocking noise coming from the back...few people heard it when they were in my car, it got so annoying, thats why i bought coilovers :x
maybe someone else will have better luck, i've read reviews, some people have the knock, some dont.
