I am in the Info gathering stages in dealing with 04SubieWRX
If anyone has any info can you please pm me with it. I have some info already. But I would like to see what I do not have. I will not tell anyone where said info came from.
I want to rid the BAIC and coco of the asshat. He's logged on and looked at this thread many times. He's even told me not to show up at his house.
But still no action on his part.
He knew that trunk was broken, He told me it was perfect. So he ripped me off.
Is this the type of person you guys want hanging around us?
Eric If its the last thing I every do it will be to track you down and deal with you. Just like I did with the bad 6 spd guy. Yeah and he was trying to leave the country.
You could have owned up alot sooner and we could have laughed about it. Now I'm pissed.

Its funny his phone rang a few times... He figured out it was me. Then turned his phone off.
So he's avoiding me. He knows what he has done. Now he is hiding. Which is funny. If he delt with this mess long time ago, It would not be the problem for him that its becoming now.

After all that talk im not gonna make it. I have to take care of my dad and ive been playing too much COD4 till the wee hours of the morning so the wife is feeling niglected. Maybe next week. I am looking foreward to meeting alot of you as I have not made it to any meets yet.

Yea spend 10-25 bucks file a civil suit against him for money paid damages done and time invested but only at what your normal work rate/pay is x hours invested. Mybe being served with papers is all it will take. Before you do that draft a demand for payment letter and make copies and send certified mail. You have to give him 30 days to pay. It will show the court your attempts to collect. Good luck. I would not however harass him in any way. Thats the legal way to do things. If after the judgement he stillfails to pay then its back to court to have the judge have his wages garnished.

Just be smart about it I would hate to see someone who was wronged get into trouble trying to fix that. I hope all works out for the better and you are taken care of. As of now the guy has pretty much ruined his reputation here and im sure anyone who sees him will be like hey whats up with the trunk. I hope it was worth the money for him because I would never jepordize my reputation especially for a little $$ no matter how bad I needed it. Witha good rep if you need money that bad you may be able to find someone to lend/give it to you. Especially over somthing as small as a wing/trunk.

Yeah it kinda sucks as I used to like to help people out alot. hell I gave away some parts to people that wanted them. Eric has really started to make me change that.

He was looking to swap trunks. So I gave him mine and he gave me his. He told me his trunk was perfect and without problems. So I'm easy going I said ok put the trunk over there and talk to you later.
well I went to use the trunk lid and found a few studs snapped off. I later found out he tried to go wingless and broke them in the middle of it. So he then lied when give me the trunk. The lid leaks water into my trunk.
He owned up to it in this thread and said he would swap back then went mia.
he's also been refusing to take any phone calls and has been on the board watching the thread, So he knows whats going on.
So I have his home info, school info, car info and his info. I'm hoping he will own up and man up. Otherwise I will have a talk with his parents if I cant get thru to him. Hell he might even find my at his school like I was today hanging out.
