TRC and PCA are putting together a 3-hour seminar where you will have a chance to learn all the basic terminology and objectives for Time Speed and Distance rallies. The location is just around the corner from the MVKK.

By the way, PCA is following up with a multi-part seminar series in Sacramento this spring, these to will be a great deal as far as learning the basics from some guys who have lots of experience
