Recently got a fix it ticket for tinted windows and i need some help getting it taken care of I'm located in Santa Clara.

I have a bugeye, but tinted too and wrb. Otherwise, i would help u out. I just paid the fine for mine. $175 .... But i dont think anyone is going to have their cop friend sign it for someone they dont know.
