Pretty bummed that I missed this 
Long story short, my kid got in his second accident this year 
He rear ended a newer Jaguar and no question it was his fault this time. Damage was minor, but still crap to deal with.

Ouch that sucks! Long as everyone is ok that's all that matters, metal can be fixed.

What i meant to say: I was a little ways in front of Matt when that happened. Shortly after that as matt was passing me on my left an SUV pulled out from the shoulder not looking and i had to brake pretty hard to avoid hitting him. His Review mirrors seemed to be rusted over.
