why is everyone afraid of rain?

 

nobody is afraid of the rain, its just when you get a bunch of cars ranging anywhere from 15-30 cars, it becomes very unsafe to travel up a mountain in those kind of conditions. plus none of us are that stupid to go out and slide around mt.hammy and risk serious injury or even death if something were to happen. It is much safer to do this on a clear, sunny day.
