EQ Tuning Track Day - Thunderhill - June 23rd!
We're usually at the track by 5:30-6 for Safety/Tow and such. This will be nice. The trick is to get a local hotel and just roll over in the morning. For me I need to leave my house @ 3:30am to get there on time.
Seriously though, with this much track time - you could make the meetings and sleep through two sessions and still spend more time than a comparative day. Nice schedule!!

Anyone have a video camera but no mount? I have a mount I got from I/O port years ago I used to use in my suby - has a huge suction cup and a safety strap for LATCH equipped cars - sticks to the rear window. Works great but I can't use it since I will only have my windshield (convertible). Will bring it anyway and people can try it out/use it as long as officials are okay with it.

Hotel
It is definitely a good call the stay in Willows the night before. So, I'm negotiating with a couple hotels for a group discount. I'll let you know the room rates soon.

hey i just went to LA and back in one day lol, so 170 is nothing lol. On a side note staying the night could be fun, nothing like drinking a 12 pack before a hong day at the track

I'll bring our new camcorder. Its small and light so it should work well with the mount. I'd love to get some in car footage

I'm still working on negotiating hotel costs. Right now the Baymont Inn is offering us $69.95 if we book 10 or more rooms. Hopefully I can do a little better than that. We will see. PM me if you are interested in booking a room through us.
And just a reminder to those that haven't paid the full amount. Track fee is due by the 15th. So get those checks mailed in
